Joe Johnson, Vice President Legal Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer

A native of Waco, Texas, Mr. Johnson was a partner in the Dallas law firm of Needham Johnson for 24 years where he litigated complex personal injury cases including medical malpractice and products liability cases. He then was named the vice president of legal affairs of Triad Hospitals, Inc., where he was responsible for managing all litigation and dispute resolution matters for Triad and its hospitals. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Texas State Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Baylor University in Waco.
