Tom Frazier, Executive Vice President Administration

Mr. Frazier is responsible for overseeing information systems and technology, design and constructions, real estate and medical office building development, supply chain management, and human resources, including general corporate resource allocation and organization. He also plays a key role, in conjunction with other key financial team members, in budgeting and capital management. Mr. Frazier also chairs the LHP Policy Committee and is a member of the Corporate Compliance Committee.

Before joining LHP, Mr. Frazier held hospital chief financial officer positions at National Medical Enterprises (now Tenet) and HCA, where he held a variety of administrative roles in hospitals and practice management organizations. Earlier in his career, he was employed by Triad Hospitals, Inc., first as division CFO for 13 hospitals and later senior vice president of administration. In this role, he oversaw Quorum Health Resources, the company’s hospital management subsidiary and Triad’s international operation in Ireland.

Mr. Frazier holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of North Carolina and received a Master of Business Administration from the Babcock Graduate School of Management, Wake Forest University, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Mr. Frazier has more than 20 years of healthcare experience.
